Hybrid Theory’s journey began in London in 2011, initially as Affectv before our 2019 relaunch. Our Shoreditch office remains our global HQ, housing the global team and product development specialists who support our operation worldwide, as well as our dedicated UK trading unit.

New York

Under North American CEO Ray Jenkin, Hybrid Theory’s New York base is the beating heart of our fast-growing North American operation, its trading team supporting local and regional clients.

Singapore

Along with London and New York, Singapore operates its own trading team on the ground under regional head Inês Martins, driving results for clients across Asia-Pacific. Our multilingual team in APAC supports regional clients in both English and Chinese.

Boston

Our satellite office on the East Coast lends strength to our growing North American business, providing a focal point for a sales force that spans the continent.

Sydney

Our Sydney base gives Hybrid Theory a vital stronghold in the highly competitive Australian market, where our local clients range from financial to e-commerce brands.

Barcelona

Hybrid Theory’s Barcelona hub is the technological nerve centre of the business. It houses our high-performance engineering and data science teams, deploying big data and machine-learning algorithms to process more than 300m online events per day.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a busy sales-focused office and a key part of Hybrid Theory’s APAC network, ably supported by our global technology and product teams.
