Goal
GHD, a global retailer of high-end professional hair styling tools, wanted to run a campaign around Black Friday to drive brand awareness, maximise sales and capitalise on the increased pool of online users during the 2020 holiday shopping season impacted by COVID-19.

The client’s KPI’s were CTR% and increased traffic to their website.

Solution
Using Hybrid Theory’s smart pixels, we built granular Custom Audiences to target and focus our efforts on the most relevant users, such as those with abandoned baskets or who had seen 2+ pages a day.

We used high-impact and flipper creative to bring in more prospecting customers to the client’s site and encourage these interested users to convert.

Results
Hybrid Theory successfully drove new, credible customers to GHD’s site and encouraged more sales.
